فَإِذَا ٱسْتَوَيْتَ أَنتَ وَمَن مَّعَكَ عَلَى ٱلْفُلْكِ فَقُلِ ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِى نَجَّىٰنَا مِنَ ٱلْقَوْمِ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ٢٨ وَقُل رَّبِّ أَنزِلْنِى مُنزَلًۭا مُّبَارَكًۭا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ ٱلْمُنزِلِينَ٢٩ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَٰتٍۢ وَإِن كُنَّا لَمُبْتَلِينَ٣٠ ثُمَّ أَنشَأْنَا مِنۢ بَعْدِهِمْ قَرْنًا ءَاخَرِينَ٣١ فَأَرْسَلْنَا فِيهِمْ رَسُولًۭا مِّنْهُمْ أَنِ ٱعْبُدُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنْ إِلَٰهٍ غَيْرُهُۥٓ ۖ أَفَلَا تَتَّقُونَ٣٢ وَقَالَ ٱلْمَلَأُ مِن قَوْمِهِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ وَكَذَّبُوا۟ بِلِقَآءِ ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ وَأَتْرَفْنَٰهُمْ فِى ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا مَا هَٰذَآ إِلَّا بَشَرٌۭ مِّثْلُكُمْ يَأْكُلُ مِمَّا تَأْكُلُونَ مِنْهُ وَيَشْرَبُ مِمَّا تَشْرَبُونَ٣٣ وَلَئِنْ أَطَعْتُم بَشَرًۭا مِّثْلَكُمْ إِنَّكُمْ إِذًۭا لَّخَٰسِرُونَ٣٤ أَيَعِدُكُمْ أَنَّكُمْ إِذَا مِتُّمْ وَكُنتُمْ تُرَابًۭا وَعِظَٰمًا أَنَّكُم مُّخْرَجُونَ٣٥ ۞ هَيْهَاتَ هَيْهَاتَ لِمَا تُوعَدُونَ٣٦ إِنْ هِىَ إِلَّا حَيَاتُنَا ٱلدُّنْيَا نَمُوتُ وَنَحْيَا وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَبْعُوثِينَ٣٧ إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا رَجُلٌ ٱفْتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبًۭا وَمَا نَحْنُ لَهُۥ بِمُؤْمِنِينَ٣٨ قَالَ رَبِّ ٱنصُرْنِى بِمَا كَذَّبُونِ٣٩ قَالَ عَمَّا قَلِيلٍۢ لَّيُصْبِحُنَّ نَٰدِمِينَ٤٠ فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ ٱلصَّيْحَةُ بِٱلْحَقِّ فَجَعَلْنَٰهُمْ غُثَآءًۭ ۚ فَبُعْدًۭا لِّلْقَوْمِ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ٤١ ثُمَّ أَنشَأْنَا مِنۢ بَعْدِهِمْ قُرُونًا ءَاخَرِينَ٤٢

Uthmani · القرآن الكريم برسم العثماني (uthmani)

Al-Muminoon23:28

“And as soon as thou and those who are with thee are settled in the ark, say: ‘All praise is due to God, who has saved us from those evildoing folk!’

Al-Muminoon23:29

“And say: ‘O my Sustainer! Cause me to reach a destination blessed [by Thee] for Thou art the best to show man how to reach his [true] destination!’”

Al-Muminoon23:30

In this [story], behold, there are messages indeed [for those who think]: for, verily, We always put [man] to a test.

Al-Muminoon23:31

AND AFTER those [people of old] We gave rise to new generations;

Al-Muminoon23:32

and [every time] We sent unto them an apostle from among themselves, [he told them:] “Worship God [alone]: you have no deity other than Him. Will you not, then, become conscious of Him?”

Al-Muminoon23:33

And [every time] the great ones among his people, who refused to acknowledge the truth and gave the lie to the announcement of a life to come - [simply] because We had granted them ease and plenty in [their] worldly life, and they had become corrupted by it [every time] they would say: “This [man] is nothing hut a mortal like yourselves, eating of what you eat, and drinking of what you drink:

Al-Muminoon23:34

and, indeed, if you pay heed to a mortal like your­selves, you will surely be the losers!

Al-Muminoon23:35

Does he promise you that, after you have died and become [mere] dust and bones, you shall be brought forth [to a new life]?

Al-Muminoon23:36

Far-fetched, far-fetched indeed is what you are promised!

Al-Muminoon23:37

There is no life beyond our life in this world: we die and we live [but once], and we shall never be raised from the dead!

Al-Muminoon23:38

He is nothing but a man who attributes his own lying in­ventions to God, and we are not going to believe him!”

Al-Muminoon23:39

[Whereupon the prophet] would say: “O my Sustainer! Succour me against their accusation of lying!”

Al-Muminoon23:40

[And God] would say: “After a little while they will surely be smitten with remorse!”

Al-Muminoon23:41

And then the blast [of Our punishment] over­took them, justly and unavoidably, and We caused them to become as the flotsam of dead leaves and the scum borne on the surface of a torrent: and so - away with those evildoing folk!

Al-Muminoon23:42

AND AFTER them We gave rise to new genera­tions:
